EventLingua (“we”), a multilingual event staffing agency in Bangkok, respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your choices. It is written in English; if you need it in another language, just ask.
What we collect
- Enquiry & booking forms: the name, company, email, phone number and event details you choose to send us.
- Portal accounts (for freelancers and administrators): name, email, phone, languages, and a securely hashed password. Freelancers' assignment applications and internal performance notes.
- Technical data: your browser stores your language choice and, in the portal, a login session on your own device. Our hosting provider processes basic request data (such as IP address) to keep the site secure.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, provide event staffing, manage assignments, and handle invoicing and contracts. We rely on your request and our legitimate business interest to do so.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We use a small number of service providers strictly to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting, security and spam protection), and Google Maps (the map on our contact page). Links to WhatsApp and LINE open those apps under their own privacy policies.
Retention
We keep enquiry and business records for as long as needed for our relationship with you and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights

Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We only use essential local storage on your device (your language preference and, in the portal, your login session).
